Coaching timov / Coaching of teams
Timi.

Teams. Teams of teams and beyond — the expanding scope of coaching and mentoring
If coaching and mentoring are to make a significant difference in the world then we have to raise our aspirations beyond supporting executives in their careers and development. We have to develop our skills of working with systems at all levels — simple, complicated, complex and chaotic. And we need to focus coaching increasingly on teams rather than on individuals.
In this webinar, EMCC Special Ambassador, Prof David Clutterbuck, hasl explored what’s required in making that shift and what the journey beyond team coaching looks like.
